Hi!

End of week 1 and I've lost 2 1/4 lbs! Really pleased. I've stuck my progress chart on the fridge and feel very satisfied when I give myself a tick at the end of the day :)

I'm going to gradually increase the exercise as I'm quite badly anaemic and get very tired, so I don't want to over-do things straight away. But looking forward to seeing the results and reading everyone's success stories on the forum.
