Anyone with a special tip? Mine is to drink soda water with a slice of lemon. No calories in that!

I've put this on a reply to one of my posts but...
Freeze grapes they taste like sweeties
Wrigleys extra just desserts chewing gum 5 cals each. I had the mint choc chip ice cream flavour and it tasted just like eating the real thing just a tiny amount of cals.
I'm putting on hand cream after a meal so I won't feel like a pudding. Good excuse to get hubby to do the washing up too.

Batch cook so you always have a supply of nice food in the freezer. I'll usually do about four different recipes, not that I eat them every day, I'll have ham salad or beans on toast or baked potatoes. But the freezer meals are a life saver.
Marks and Sparks do a good range of low fat calorie counted meals. They aren't too expensive if you get them when they are on offer. My hubby doesn't cook very much nowadays and I can't so we do get 2 or 3 ready meals a week. x
