Week 2 weigh in today and I stayed the same. Not too disappointed. Couldn't go to gym this week and had a bit of a Mothers Day blowout in the evening (not great timing for a Monday weigh in) which I think hampered things a bit but just managed a quick run today and know I need to watch my calories a bit closer so optimistic for next week. How's everyone else doing?

Glad you are staying positive, i always see it that maintaining is better than gaining :) Keep up the good work, you sound like you have it all planned. Dont worry about indulging yesterday we all have days like that. sometimes its nice just to have a treat and the run will help. Hope you have a great week.

Im back on track after a bad week last week, positive for the week ahead :)

Well you deserve to enjoy Mother's Day! Don't let one bad weigh in get you down. Actually, what I do, is weigh myself mid week if I don't feel that the Monday one was accurate. That way I can see I'm doing okay. Hang in there, you can do it!!!

Thanks all. Yeah I think maybe a Monday weigh in is not best but never mind. I'll just tighten things up calories wise and get back to exercising. Have a good week x
