just printed off week one and looking to start tomorrow. I think one of my biggest challenges will be that I buy my breakfast and lunch at work so will have to guess portion sizes. Think I'll have to start taking my own when I can get organised.
I'm going to be using my fitness pal if anyone else is on there, user name is sarahjd01.

Good luck in your journey. I am on week 7 and it gets easier.
Hi, if you must buy your breakfast and lunch go for fruit, vegetables and protein. A ham sandwich made of wholewheat is a much better option than a croissant, for instance. Good luck!
To be honest, breakfast is usually beans & egg on toast and lunch is soup or salad (lovely but not so healthy salad). I guess it's the guessing the portions size and the calories that will be difficult. Also have a major chocolate issue to deal with..... x
Beans is allowed, eggs are great if poached or boiled, a piece of toast with it it's fine. Soup is great and salads are fine too. No crisps and obviously no chocolate! Find something healthy to replace the chocolate with, canned peaches, maybe?
Why not try and prepare the day before. You can get pre-packed salads with the calories already calculated and pots of porridge that you just have to add water to. You can keep control of what your eating and how many calories are in what you have. Good luck with your weight loss
