Friday Weigh in...

Last week 13.1 stones this week 13 stone so 1 pound gone. I really would like to get into the 12' s and out of the obese bracket but glad I'm losing even if it's a small amount! Hope everyone's week is going well.

Thanks Lowcal, yes I'm hoping next week to get there! Week after is half term so will probably be in the 13's again! Hope you are feeling better. Have a gret weekend and good luck for the Monday weigh in!

Thanks very much. Exciting that you'll be in the 12's very soon!

I'm on my second lot of antibiotics now as the first lot didn't shift it - but hopeful that the second lot will help.

Good luck next week and I hope you get into the 12's as well. As it's early days for you I imagine you'll find it easier than me. We'll have to compare weigh ins every Friday as our weight is so similar!

Yeah definitely be great to do that on a friday . How long have you been doing this for? I was 14.10 summer 2013 but stayed at 13 since Sept 14 so hopefully this will give me the push I need to sort it out :) fingers crossed my first week will be a good one. I'm already starving thou an it's only day two lol

How funny, I started at 14.10 last Jan (2014.) I have had a slow weight loss due to dieting term time school nights only so weight can creep back on abit over Summer/Christmas but the more I lose the more I want to. It's a definite lifestyle change for me and I now have a dog which gets me out for a good walk twice a day. The first days back on are the hardest but I am sure you will do great and keeping down from 13 st from 14.10 is a real achievement! Good luck this week and hope your first weigh in goes well!
