I am on my 5th week and have lost 3lbs so far! 8lbs to go to my target weight. Hows everyone else doing?! Keep going strong and don't give into temptations!!

I'm on my 5th week too. I haven't lost much on the scales, but my clothes are much looser and that's a good sign! I'm counting calories and cycling 40 min on the stationary bike every day. I hope you keep on track, good luck!!
