can you guys give my Facebook page a like and a share i wanna get healthy living and exercise and help people across Facebook who wont come to these and help people from getting scammed into those shake diets and smoothie diets.Also be nice to target people my own age who spend pretty much all the time on facebook and create awareness of how easy and the benefits of exercise is

i dunno if i am allowed to do this on here but it would be nice to have some friendly faces on their to help out with comments and help motivate more people.

i'll be postings tricks and tips about exercising and dieting and motivating people on a larger scale if i can get it to take off it will be mostly appreciated
