I don't think you'll get a 'good teling off' here. You can do that for yourself. You will get empathy (because we've all done that - and will again).
You'll also get encouragement to focus on what's important to you, set a new plan, and get back on track.
we all do it, look at some of the posts to give you a boost and find a buddy that is brilliant on here too
We don't do telling off on here, just support, we have all done it. Try and find a great buddy on a one to one basis and try think positive, we all go up down up down, slowly is ok too. Keep going.
Telling off..... telling off..... we don't do that...... if I have a minor hicup.... I look at myself in the mirror and go tut tut and say keep that up and you wont be getting into that pair of goal jeans you bought yourself... I get straight back on the wagon........

We all have bad days, and we are our own worse critic. See it as a setback not a failure, learn from what triggered the setback and keep going. Everyday you wake up a chance to make a fresh start
Stay strong
lots of us fell off the wagon after Christmas and found it hard to climb back on. Don't be hard on yourself. Accept it and start again. We are all with you. X
We all have our good and low days...so next day ,start again eating healthy...

I've just got back on the wagon after a few days of succumbing to left over food and Girls' Night.
I'm hoping this week to have lost most of the weight I put on with my eating and drinking excessively.
It's a journey we're on and there are always stops on the way, some longer than others and then we get back on.
