Feeling gulity
Best thing to do is to switch in healthier snacking options - if you can tolerate it, go for things like celery, cucumber, lettuce etc. These have barely any calories but still give you the satisfaction of eating something. They also don't tend to make you want more and more. It's important not to have feelings of guilt or anxiety when dieting as it only makes it much harder, and the feelings are amplified by the lack of food.
Another option is to have a good drink - tea, coffee or another sugar-free drink will help take your mind off food for a bit. Most important thing is this - stick at it, you'll get there!
Best of luck.
