So this morning I woke up at 4:30am (not on purpose) I tried my hardest to sleep but when it got to 5:45 I gave up and just got up.. Ended up making brown pasta with tuna and spring onion ready for my lunch and did a 5.4km ride on the exercise bike before walking to work.
As I work in an office I find I get tired a lot easier. Is there any healthy options people can suggest to give me an energy boost. I'd usually get an energy drink but they're really unhealthy so I don't want to be doing that anymore! I don't like coffee or tea either
