I checked my weight at the end of the week 1 and I have to say I lost 2lbs!!!! I cant believe it. I had a few challenges for the first few days on 1400 calorie intake and almost reached to 2000 calories !!! However, I didnt give up and kept looking for food that reach to the 1400 calorie intake + exercise.
I have to say the 1400 calorie still lets me enjoy the comfort foods but in small amounts so I didnt feel like I am sacrificing anything.
Persistance does pay. I am now more motivated to keep going and I am looking forward to keep losing 2lbs each week.
