Hi, I've just downloaded the plan and I'm gonna start as of next week! A bit nervous as I feel I constantly let myself down with diets but determined to kick start

Yes was going to start New Years day , but decided today is a good of a day as any, so here goes. Good luck everyone who have started their 12 week plan, or are about to start.

I downloaded everything last night after hours trawling the WWW looking at personal trainers, diet clubs etc and thinking I just don't have that sort of money. I was very excited when I saw this as I really think it can work. Not starting until Monday as I am off to my parents for 3 days now, then its my teenage twins Birthday Sunday. Excuses I know, but I am starting the fines side today!!!!! Good luck everyone.

Go girl. But from an old yo yo dieter............don't set unrealistic targets coz that's when I find I fail!!

I'm starting next week so I have time to prepare and plan plenty of meals and times to fit in exercise.

Good luck everyone!

Does anyone else find that they are "good" during the day but at night eat everything in sight?I can't stop eating bread and toast in the evening,

Drink 2 glass of water and start with Salad in the evening ,then you can realise , you donot need bread for the dinner and donot forget the eat snacks (fruit etc.) aroun 3pm.

Thank you, I shall try and drink the water before I reach for a carb laden snack, which by the way I am banning my son from keeping within my sight, salad also sounds like a plan.
