crunches work, are you getting enough protien in your diet

Any exercise that focuses on your stomach area will work, crunches, sit ups etc. Search the internet and find out whats best for you as everybody is different.

I did the 5:2 Diet and it's the first diet ever that's flattened my tummy.

Try these. They hurt but are fun and fast. also, drink 8-10 glasses of water each day.

Avoid carbs as they cause bloating and increase the belly size. A diet of low-fat protein and veg is good: low fat greek yoghurt, chicken, fish, grilled bacon (fat off); scrambled eggs made with semi-skimmed milk. If you want a slice of bread make it wholemeal and eat at breakfast time. Likewise unsweetened cereals.
