No probably not. Your weight loss should decrease as your body comes to terms with what ever diet you have decided to go on. I started at 19st 12lbs and lost 7lbs in my first week. I follow a 1500 calorie a day diet with a free day about once a week. My weight loss has dropped to 1 or 2 pounds a week, but that is ok as it is still going in the right direction. Occasionally and for no reason I can identify some weeks my weight loss will jump back to 5-7lbs. This has happen three times since I started dieting back in July.

Good luck and keep going, don't be disheartened if you only loose a pound or two a week, weight loss is a marathon not a sprint and like all good things it takes time.

Amazing to lose so much in the first place, expect a loss of around a pound a week, add in hormones and fluid retention, enjoy your journey and keep motivated.

Try not to get distracted by Christmas either, one day in the year! Keep it real and focused tho
