new year, new you..... again???

i made a group on facebook in an attempt to shame myself into sticking to a diet, making somewhat of an event out of it.. we all know we will defy any diet over the holiday period so i have made an aim to be in strict control starting the 5th January which is the 1st monday of the new year, any of you are free to join the group and the event as it would be nice to swap ideas.. i am in no way belittling thisforum as i think i am going to enjoy going between both on my journey to the last new me of my life lol
