Good luck Isabel- I did the 12 week plan a few months ago and lost over a stone The good thing is that the changes I made seem to be long term ad I am still losing weight- it is hard work at first but it soon pays off.

Good luck. I'm BMI 28 or just below as well. (Was about 32 at heaviest). My aim is to get below 25.
Good luck! Don't forget to maintain a healthy diet along with your workout. Keep yourself hydrated and take supplements to keep you going. Eat right and don't strain yourself. But be motivated of staying fit and focus on it.
