Monday Weigh In

Started this as I couldn't find anyone else's weigh in thread. Maybe I am a bit early this morning. Last weigh in when I started I was 17st13lb. Weighed in this morning at 17st8.5lbs so lost 4.5lbs in just under a week. I know that in first couple of weeks you lose the most then it slows up a bit but am pleased with first few days loss.

Nice one Joggler. That's great progress. Thins the rest of us monday folk - who are a bit late this a.m. are posting under Lowcal's ''Please Join Me for a Monday Weigh-in (20th October 2014)'' . - just so you can find us and know you are not alone.

Can I join you on the Monday weigh in? I am 90 kilos which is 14 stone 2lbs approx. Horrific, but next week there will be less of me!
