Good luck and go for it. plan out your meals in advance and stick to it. Using the 12 week plan is really working for me.
Do you have a plan? Are you doing the NHS one or something else? You'll find plenty of support and motivation here but your own goals are your best motivators. Imagining yourself dressed up for your prom looking fantastic will be enough to make you say 'no' to yourself if you get tempted. Nothing tastes as sweet as success (well I believe it)
Are you doing any exercise too? Walking, swimming, cycling or the C25K plan (forum on here for that) will all help you to speed things along
Keep posting for support and offering encouragement to others
