Thank you I have, I do feel much more positive about committing to this smaller portion calorie control style, plus with the added couch to 5k and various apps so be kept busy enough to keep me away from fridge raiding ...
Be careful not go too low fat. We need fat to absorb vitamins and minerals, and make hormones. Check that your low fat foods don't have added sugar in them.
Oh by low fat I mean 5% lean mince and extra trimmed bacon and lots of fresh things. But cheers for the advice I will be sure to check the labels, I watch the what's in your food program and no to look for the hidden things x x cheers
