Hello guys! I decided to join up to this site as I have tried so many fad diets etc and I just can't seem to stick to them.
I recently joined a new doctors surgery and to my horror I my weight was much more than I anticipated. as I am 157cm I was weighed in at 12 and half stones (79Kg). As Ramadhaan as just been I am now motivated to lose so weight. As I enjoy "sweet stuff and bread" does anyone have an recommendations? Would you say to cut these out completely? I need to lose 3 and a half stones to be at a "healthy weight" I don't think there will be anything left of me if I lose that much hahaha! Does anyone else feel like they have an unrealistic goal? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated and I hope we can all achieve the goals we have set ourselves

Try this way of eating youtu.be/W9Aj6hRYg4A which is really sustainable long-term. I lost three stone in six months and have kept it off easily since April 2013. As you're used to fasting, you'll find fasting two days a week easier than most - and unlike during Ramadan you can drink non-calorie/low calorie drinks all day long.
You can have the sweet stuff and bread in moderation five days a week, but obviously the less you eat the better if you want to achieve your goal. I was 12 stone 4 pounds and I'm now 9 stone 4 pounds.
