That's good if you're doing the 5:2 Diet which is 500 calories on two non-consecutive days a week but you eat normally on the other days of the week. You shouldn't eat that little every day.

I'd advise you to download the MyFitnessPal app (or go into their website) and put in your details and it will work out the calories you need to stay under to lose weight.
It's good you're using the staircase rather than a lift - the more exercise you can do the better, but don't eat the calories you burn through exercising if you want to lose weight.
