I want to use dietary supplements but I dont know which is the best?

Hi cba93,

Generally speaking the best advice is to not use dietay supplements but to get the nutrition your body needs in good fresh food.

The problem with vitamins, minerals, and other such nutrients in "supplement" form is that they are usually highly processed into tablets, pills, or powders that will have an appropriately long shelf life. That processing can change their efficacy.

I mean vitamin C, for example, get it in oranges, lemons, onions, etc., rather than in a tablet or powder. That way you'll pick up other important nutrients at the same time.

Dietary supplements are a waste of money- just eat more healthy food and vary your diet, it is healthier and much cheaper.
