Medical conditions and exercise

I have a long term condition but found losing 2 stone has helped me and I can now move about a lot easier. Not being able to drive and swimming has been a big help. I also get support from the British Lung Foundation who give some great tips on exercise. No matter how small every bit helps doing something

Such a good attitude

Moving as much as you can even if you are restricted in some way is so much better than just giving up , and feeling you have done something positive is so good for morale
