We have a large garden and the rain has meant that the weeds have grown like triffids so after the rain, I've been on a mission! Have pruned and trimmed some of our shrubs and trees and weeded like mad. Now it's getting there! but much more to do. We have been having a new central heating system installed so have been really busy in the house too. Sorry I haven't been on for a couple of weeks but it's all go. Anyway, the result is I've lost 7lbs, so onward and upward to the next hurdle. Hope everyone is getting there, even a pound a week off is 52lbs a year, over 3 stone! Good luck everyone !
