Hi Nobu, I've just added you as a friend. Exercise can be done in many ways, walking is just one of them. Just choose the ones you are interested in doing, this way you will enjoy exercising and it won't become a chore.
Thanks Fordie777. I like doing situps, but it's not in the list somehow. What do you call it ?
They are on the list. Click on "Add Exercise" then in the "Search Database" type in Sit Ups and it comes up with them in the list. Make sure you put the space in between the two words otherwise it doesn't come up.
