I have just started the 12 week plan, on the NHS site it shows a sample chart of what you eat each day is there somewhere you can print a blank one to fill in?

You can just download the 12-week plan as a pdf and then you have one sample chart and an empty chart for week 1. Good luck with the plan!

thank you i have just done it, and feel a bit stupid having to ask, i feel very motivated at the moment and am tracking everything i eat. thanks for your help will post how i get on.
