I am 63, female with very bad as the and now have a lot of belly fat. What vitamins help to burn it off
Vitamins are nutrients they do not burn off fat. At your age it's normal to carry excess weight around the belly, it's because your hormones have changed post menopause. Lose weight and exercise more and your belly fat will go but your waist will still probably be thicker than it was when you were young. If anyone tries to sell you a product or diet that magically removes belly fat then they are ripping you off because there is no magic answer like that
I agree with Grumpya - there is no "easy cure". It's about having patience and discipline. Watch what you eat, especially between meals, and exercise at least 30 mins five times a week. You'll be surprised at how this works. I'm well into my 60's and will have lost almost 2 stone in 12 weeks. It IS doable. Patience and discipline - diet (change of lifestyle!!) and exercise. IT WORKS. Fads don't..
There is no such thing as spot reduction. I am about your age and have a jiggley belly also. Mostly the stomach muscles have loosened up and grin and love yourself regardless. Live a healthy lifestyle. Eat right. Exercise some and have quiet ME time. Life is good. Enjoy it.
i do not understand your question?
There are no vitamins that will burn off fat anywhere - I wish there was!!
The only way to get rid of excess fat is to eat less and move more. It's a sad fact that as we get older the fat is more difficult to shift but with perseverance it will go. I am 67 years old, I had high blood pressure and cholesterol, incipient diabetes and osteoarthritis in both hips and in my spine and was having to use a walking stick on 'bad' days but, due to eating less and eating healthy as well as exercising - very gently at first and using the power plate at my nearest gym when I could get there - since February 2013 I have lost 56lbs ( 4 stones/25.5kg).
It took a lot of commitment and determination. There were some difficult times trying to keep my motivation going on the weeks I didn't lose and disappointment when I seemed stuck on a plateau. But now I look in the mirror and see my size 12 (UK) self instead of the size 22 lump of blubber I was and I know it's all been worth it.
I now use my rebounder, kettlebells and weights regularly, I walk miles every day with the dog. My blood pressure and cholesterol are normal, the diabetes threat has receded and I have little or no pain from my osteoarthritis (and the walking stick has been thrown away) I do C25k, aerobics and zumba.
I'm living proof it's never too late to turn your life around.
