You have done really well so far. I have only just started and find the exercise part difficult as I used to walk daily with my husband but he is now awaiting hip replacement so I have to walk on my own which isn't so good. Have you tried rearranging your meal times and eating your main meal at mid-day? I found this useful as I burned off the calories better and the early evening meal became much more of an old tea-time where I eat lots of picnic type foods which looks like more food but can be lots of healthy treats.

Well done. That is a good steady weight loss rate. Have you been doing the 12 week plan? If not it is worth doing that. Can you increase your exercise, that would also help. Most people find weight loss stalls for a while and it needs a couple of changes in what you are doing to kick start it.

Hi, you have done really well Justmesayinghello !! I really like the idea of having my main meal at lunch time. I might give that a go. I do find I eat more in the evening.

Hi justmesayinghello. Did you really lose 1.5 stone in 10 weeks? That's great! This week I began the couch25k. How about trying that?

I would say add more fluid, herbal tea, veg stock, water, non calorific alcholic drinks, after dinner, works for me. I use marigold orange stock and Engevita ( powdered yeast, brewers ) makes me feel like I've eaten when I've not! ( in independent health food shops).

I suspect you have hit plateau, add a couple hundred calories for a couple of days to start losing again, the body gets used to things as they are.

Good luck and well done! Xx

Hey, I am really like you, I was 15 stone about a year ago, I am now down to 13,2 and have started teh couch to 5K. More than weight loss (although I need to lose weight and want to) its been making me feel good. I am on week 3 and my knees are not happy but I am and I think I have found a passion for life :) Have a look and see what you think. And well done, it is not easy :)
