Wouldn't have thought so, steroids sometimes make people put on weight, but the main reason put on weight is because they eat too much and don't move about enough! That's the reason I'm as big as I am and constantly trying to lose weight. If you are worried that they are one of the reasons for weight gain you should speak to your GP.
