Hello i have just joined this and i really would like too loose weight i really need help. Its my wedding end of this year i need help
Hi, you could have a look at nhs 12 week plan and nhs change for life - will give you good ideas for what to eat, how many calories to stick to and how much exercise to do, and is a good place to start. Ive found these really useful as well as being on here for support, have lost 1 stone and 2 pounds since December.
Good luck to you
Hi nafisaahmed18
Congratulations on setting the date and setting your goal. There is loads of diet and exercise plans out there to get you started and as TenaciousD says a great place to start is the nhs 12 week plan. Starting early gives you plenty of time to lose weight slowly. The worst thing you can do is lose too much too quickly, firstly its not good for you and two its not sustainable.
Set yourself realistic goals each week and gradually build up on the cardio exercise and before you know it, the diet and exercise will become part of your healthier life.
When you feel you need more cardio exercise workouts to do at home or the gym, download them for free at ptprograms.com.au
hope it goes well for you
How much weight do you need to lose? You can lose half a stone a month and that's realistic. I lost three stone in six months and my daughter is now losing half a stone a month.
See.... Even m in a similar situation as yours.... M getting married end of this year n m trying to lose weight..... I started in February ... N have list 2 kgs.in a month.... Try this.... 1 cup of Luke warm water with 1 tbsp honey and a few drops if lemon in it and 30 -45mins. Of exercise 4times a week..... M sure it wil help.... Also keep a check on ur calorie intake....if u continue to take same amount of calories as ur taking now.... It won't do any good.... All the best
Hi again
i've just read something that may be of interest. It seems to be getting a lot of good reviews here in Australia.

I'm not an expert in this field so you may want to get further advice from others but it has some good write ups
