#WLCW6 Splat....fell off the wagon....climbed back on...

Hi there healthy eaters. My computer's been away for repair, so I'm so happy now to get back onto this community. Was dreading weighing myself as I fell bigtime off the wagon 9 days ago. Had the last meal for I don't know how long with my only son, age 22, who is travelling to Ukraine this week, to live and work there. I eat when anxious, and boy did I ever eat. I didn't weigh myself last week as was afraid seeing a gain would set me back. But, having heaved myself back onto the wagon, I weighed in this morning and have lost 1lb, making it 8lbs overall. I'm becoming far more aware of my eating patterns. And I'm finding your posts, and success of others, really motivating. So I'm now 11st13, and crossing from the 12s to the 11s is a massive spur to succeed in losing the further 2 stones needed to get me into a healthy BMI. My goal this week is to lose 2lbs for next week, and to try not to fall off again when my son leaves this Saturday. Good luck to everyone.
