Yesterday was the end of week 3 of my weight loss regime.
I was a bit anxious that I wouldn't have lost any weight this week as I'd been out for dinner twice in one week (once with friends the other was my dad's birthday). I'd been sensible the rest of the week and when I went out I chosen healthier options (grilled chicken and veg and rump steak with salad that was on the low cal menu).
I was almost stunned when I got on the scales last night. I've lost 5lbs! Added to the previous 2 weeks losses of 4lb a week I've lost a pound shy of a stone.
I've got another 5st to go to get down to my goal weight but I'm dead chuffed with myself.
The best part is I'm feeling happy about my health now. I'm not missing eating as much food as I was or the lack of binge snacks or sugary treats. I feel good about myself.

Just wanted to say a huge well done to you,it just proves that if you're sensible you can still go out and enjoy yourself without it effecting your weightloss,the fact that you picked the healthy option while you were out shows that you have already changed your mindset and are looking forward in a positive way,hope the good work continues x
The only thing that saddens me is tgat I didn't do this sooner. But at the end of the day, to do it you need to want to do it and until now I haven't had the willpower.
