Well guys my second weigh in and I've lost nearly another 4 pounds so I'm pretty pleased with that,I can honestly say though that I've earned it as I've really put the effort in as I'm desperate to get rid of this excess weight,I had a very mixed year last year hence the weight gain so I want to start this one off right and for things to stay positive, good luck to everyone else this week! X
