Well...wedding was in August of last year. I am 27. Weighed 11stone after a Christmas binge last year (I am 5'3) and got down to 9stone 6 for my wedding. Afterwards I just went crazy and am back exactly where I was this time last year (usually weigh 10stone-10.5)! Arghh I feel so angry with myself as I had to religiously calorie count and went to the gym EVERY DAY!! I feel like it takes me so much hard work to lose weight and to sustain it is impossible! Anyone else in the same boat? I weighed 8stone through my teenage years and could eat whatever I wanted! I have booked a late honeymoon to the Caribbean and I am determined to lose at least 2 stone by April! Went back to the gym on Saturday for the 1st time since August which was very painful! So if anyone needs a weight loss buddy then let me know

Hi sorry to hear your struggling but don't give up think how lovely you will look in your cossie on honeymoon your husband will be proud you are making an effort! I was quite fit til 10 months ago i donated a kidney to my brother in Australia and just couldnt get going again so i have put on 21lbs I just feel so frumpy .Well listen to this i am going to loose weight feel fitter and healthier and have loads of energy! watch this space .dont give up
Aw how kind of you! I hope he appreciates it! I find the calorie counting pretty easy and quite enjoy the gym when I go (I do classes) but it's just getting motivated into doing it all again I guess when it's so easy to be lazy!! Ha I felt so much better doing regular exercise though. I was going to join SW just for the pressure of getting weighed in a group so I stay on track but I did it on my own before and can do it again, it's just the staying on track (especially as my family eat out a lot!!) I think it's a waste of money when all the tools you need are here and your own will power! Thanks and good luck
Hi, I am 5ft 4 and I weight in on Dec 31st at 10 stone 12 lbs. I put on about 3 lbs during the Christmas season. I had planned to weigh in on Monday and start training again but I had a back load of work that I wanted to clear. Today I will weigh in and start training. Since we are about the the same size and I want to get back to a healthy weight of 9st 2 lbs. 24 lbs to lose. I would love to be your weigh loss buddy.
Hi there! How are you getting on? I lost 2 pounds last week and then on Saturday went out with friends for a curry and ice cream at the cinema and put the 2 pounds back on in 1 day!! So know I need to be stricter now so will need to think ahead! Im exercising 4 times a week for an hour and doing the squat challenge as well .
