What is the best way of working out the calories of 80g using the 'My Fitness Pal' app?

Usually the typical measurements on the weight scales are 25g, 50g, 75g, 100g and when using the app it is easier to find the calories for food for these measurements.

I like to be as accurate as I can when measuring and finding out calories. I know one way of finding out exactly 80g and that is, on the app their is the option of selecting 1g for certain foods and then put the number of servings as 80. However this is not always the case for all of the foods. So what other ways are there of being as accurate as possible?

I tend to just use the one that have grams. Adding USDA to your search helps.

Hope that helps.
