Another shaky week. I blame so much on 'trigger' situations and foods. But this week after feeling rubbish and getting that all consuming craving I started to look at myself. My beliefs and actions that keep me in the vicious circle. So I have learnt, I never go to the shops to buy junk food I have finally learnt that it will never end well. But I do keep buying foods that I could binge on. Confident that I won't, but I forget how different I can be. How quickly it can spiral.
So I made two pledges this week:
1. Do not buy food I might binge on, introduce it slowly week by week
2. If binge do not try and counter it by any actions. Just accept slipped up and move on.

I think you're making the right moves. As a fellow B. E. I agree with avoiding buying junk food and as for "Trigger" foods I don't even give them house space!
I have been in control (I won't say cured) of my binging for over a year now ( one day at a time, never say never). I have learnt to recognise my triggers over time and as I said, avoid contact with them as far as possible.
Keep with the attitude to dust yourself down and carry on after a slip. I'm sure you'll get there.
I noticed that you've lost 0.5kg, so congratulations for that weight loss. It's great that you've been able to think about potential triggers for times when you are tempted to binge, and you have a plan. Hope it is going well so far, and that you are having a good week.
