Week 1b.

I started last Wednesday so have decide to do do another full week 1 before moving on. I am enjoying it. Sounds crazy but there is something relieving about not binging and craving food so much. I have adapted the 12weeks to try and introduce foods I binge on so made a list and if i don't binge i introduce a food or 2 every 3/4 days.

Over the weekend I went to visit friends and it showed how far I've come but also how far I need to go. Food was so normal and pleasurable to them as everyone opened and ate crisps and cake. I tried really hard but sprialled a bit, the just one more, alls lost feeling. But held it together.
