Hi angel

You're doing the right thing, set small goals 2lb a week is more than enough to loose, over a year it 7st 4lb or 44.8kgs!!!

Setting big goals are difficult to achieve and when you don't meet your goal you loose confidence and start to eat the wrong things and end up back at square one or worse putting more on!

Stay focused and we are here for you anytime you need us, if you need a lifestyle buddy i'd be honoured to be there for you

Take care and angel blessings xx
