Any thoughts about robert lustig and evil sugar? For me its working avoiding sugar.

Sugar is poison. I think is better avoid as much as possible this sybstance.

Perhaps it might be more accurate to say that too much sugar is a poison?

Robert Lustig has some very interesting views on obesity and food.

I certainly need to avoid sugar to keep healthy and at a reasonable weight.

It reminds me of the way the tobacco industry behaved over the idea that smoking can make you ill. The sugar industry is a powerful lobby and will fight any suggestion that sugar is bad for our health.
