i am 29yr old with one child, i weigh 79 kg and more, is there any proper diet i can follow to lose some.
Hi lakshmi,
If you post some more info about what food youbzre eating, maybe what you generally eat in a day, and what exercise you do in a week, we can see what you are doing and help you out.
If you don't eat enough you will get tired quickly. Try to avoid processed foods and make your own food from scratch if you can. Go for more protein and veg but not too many carbohydrates. Perhaps have a look at The South Beach diet.
I have found cutting out things like bread, pasta, cereal but not going low fat, has helped me keep the weight down, and has stopped me feeling hungry. I don't count calories.
Good luck with finding what works for you.
I suggest you try the Rosemary Conley eating plan. You will have proper meals and try to do some exercise as well, it doesn't matter what as long as you get moving more. There are plenty of clubs or join online if your budget allowed. It gives you a steady weight loss without feeling you are depriving yourself, buy the magazine for tips, recipes and inspiration. Good luck
Hi angel
Before you plan anything else, check out the blood group diet. It tells you what foods are toxic to your body, what foods are medicine and what to eat generally dadamo.com
I found out at age 43 i'm wheat and dairy intolerant!
I've made the few changes it suggested i felt less bloated after only the 1st week and the psoriasis on my face and scalp had nearly gone after only a month!!
Take care and angel blessings to you xx
Hi lakshmi1985,
I'm wondering if you have any underlying medical issues that you should perhaps discuss with your GP before entering into a weight loss process.
I'm also rather wondering just how overweight you are in relation to your height.
Perhaps you might start with looking at the NHS live well lose weight web pages?
Finding out your BMI (which you can do there) and deciding how much weight you feel you ought to reduce by (and therefore your 'target' weight) might be a good starting point.
