hi and welcome Re Nutracheck I'm Loobyloo2 on there and have just gone on to maintenance (again). I've got the iphone app and find the barcode scanner really useful. To lose weight I've eaten the things I normally do but in a smaller portion size. I still have my faves of chocolate and wine because if you deny yourself something you're just going to crave it more! Exercise has really helped me too. I think the key is to think in the long term and take one day at a time. If you have a bad day and go over on calories its a case of getting back on track asap to limit the damage. Small steps in the right direction will get you there. Good luck
I'm just starting out too! I've signed up to my fitness pal.com, also an app which keeps a track of all your calories..so easy. I'll help with as much as I know and you're welcome to message me if you want to chat or ask anything. I read Steve millers slimming secrets and it was great for me, a lot of it is about retraining your mind and gaining confidence, you might find it useful. Good luck xx
I joined this site back in February and reading a lot of the posts has helped me keep on track. I have retrained myself and eat a low fat healthy diet now. I have lost nearly 4 stone so am really pleased. I have about 3lb still to go and then I will see how I feel maybe do another half stone. If I can help in anyway just message me. Good luck with your weight loss xxx
