I got a huge reality check on Monday my bmi was 24.7just within the healthy category 0f 25 but my body fat percentage is 33% NOT GOOD, my aim is to build more muscle as well as doing cardio to burn more calories, I need to get this fat percentage down am only 22 if I don't sort it now how high will it be when am 40 !!!

You've taken the first step.stick at it as my partners BMI is sitting at 43 something.he is 53so you deffo don't want that!!on the positive side he has lost 12lbs asi cut out the rubbish he was eating.take things one day at a time and you will get there!!! Just watch the calories and the fat content in ur meals.lots of support and great advice from the members on this site too!!! Good luck x
