Just a thought but I don't consider myself a 'dieter'
This is good news. Being fit and well, not overweight, not obese, means less of certain ailments, illnesses and overall, less expensive for the NHS.One can look forward to a life full of health, bounce,and when you are healthy, you are happy and joyous. I really like this idea.
