Not a very enticing title, I apologise! I am about to hit 39, and have a genetic condition affecting my joints which means I can't exercise (actually a lot of the time I can't walk) Even swimming/low impact stuff is a no-go because my ribs slip out of place.
I'm about to wave goodbye to 12 and a half stone as I sail merrily onwards back towards 13 and it has to stop. I really struggle to control weight by food alone, since I can't use exercise. I swing from thinking "I don't care what I look like it's other people's problem" to "Oh my goodness look at the size of me"
On top of which at certain "times" I get uncontrollable hunger. Which sounds like a cop out but it isn't.
So......... I really hope this works or at least helps. I've been trying for years and I feel like I'm trying to climb a mountain but falling back every time.

Hi Nells74, I can understand where you are coming from I have health issues too a Connective tissue diease , which cause joints aches and tiredness and when I do exercise effects these aches,but I am trying to do health life walks in my area,I know you said you are unable to do much, but it does at least help with your moral,I struggle with I want to get the balance of food right but then see myself did I really eat my way back into those size 16 clothes!!!! Any way best of luck.
