I exercise every day but am finding 1400 calories a day very difficult on days I do a lot of exercise. (running, aquafit, gym). Any advice?

Hi I exercise every day and some days need to eat more. I use nutracheck and log my food and exercise on their 'combined' diary view. It makes sense to adequately fuel your body as you become slimmer and more toned.
I get very hungry. I am now trying fuelling with a pasta meal the night before a lot of exercise.

I'm with you on this one, but I just eat lots of healthy foods fruit, veg, one or two food doctor pitta's and very little fat.
