Can you take too many vitamins? at the moment I take Osteocare and Centrum and cod liver oil. I am 63 years old.

I guess to some degree that depends on what you mean by too many?

It's not very likely that you'll do any actual harm to yourself by taking too many vitamins, but if you mean 'too many' in the wasteful / no point in taking them then the answer is an emphatic yes.

My view would be to ensure your food intake includes adequate amounts of vitamins, minerals and the like which is particulary important when you are cutting down the amount of food that you overall take in.
