I went off the rails this weekend with booze and food. I'm really annoyed with myself. I feel so much better in every way when I exercise and eat healthy. I've had a real spring in my step since starting this diet. Today though, I feel sluggish and really down on myself.
Right, I won't let it happen again. Not worth it at all!

well - don't beat yourself up - I think the hangover blues is the worse and you just feel miserable. So onward - no looking back - back in the saddle to a happier healthier you.
It will happen again but next time you will make better choices when faced with the temptation, plus the thing to do is exactly what we all need to do is jump right back on the bus temptation is part of life!
It's been interesting, since I've been eating healthily and losing weight I really notice that I feel awful next day even after a couple of glasses of wine (always accompanied by rubbish food!). It's making me think I'll only have wine/alcohol on really special occasions. Good luck now and onward!
