I’ve been off the Verity boards for over 10 years but I find myself needing new advice as I continue my PCOS life. A lot has happened. I had cancer and a total hysterectomy so I’m experiencing the menopause and PCOS stage. I’ve managed to maintain my weight through constant careful eating but any gains go nowhere. I have a neurological condition where I have strokes and when I’m recovering I can’t focus on my diet so much so the weight has crept on. I need to make the future easier so I’ve paid for a private prescription for Mounjaro and I’m hoping to start this week. This feels as though this drug is designed for us with PCOS. Does anyone have any experience? Or is anyone on the same journey and wants to keep me company?
