Looking for some help

I was diagnosed with PCOS over 10 years ago and been suffering various symptoms throughout this time:

- Irregular periods

- Excessive hair growth on face (hirsutism)

- Irregular ovulation

- Weight gain

For me, the excessive hair growth on my face has made me extremely self concious and has impacted my mental health over the years. I've tried waxing, threading, shaving and laser hair removal but unfortunately the hairs return within 2 to 3 days resulting in a dark stubbley area, which appears very noticeable to others. I've also tried medication prescribed by my GP but resulted in no improvements. It's been a very frustrating process for me and I just want to find a solution that will work for myself and others who suffer the same condition.

I've read up endlessly on ways in which can help improve symptoms of PCOS. However, I would like to hear directly from those other women who are experiencing these challenges too.

I would be greatful for you to complete this short survey to help me understand hohow long they have been experiencing these symptoms aad how they manage them on a daily basis ♀️ 🫶
