Emotional roller coaster
Sounds like depression. We are in a covid world and possibly the PCOS is making you worry about something..such as its not great side effects, hair, spots, weight gain, difficulty in having children. Maybe look at eating healthy, getting exercise, having a hobby..if you don't already and if that doesn't change anything or maybe you already do all this. Possibly speak to your doctor about medication, and see if that helps you.
Thank you, iv started exercising with my boyfriend but all thats in my head is "you have illness thats hard to lose weight" im trying my best i just want off this emotional roller coaster. My boyfriend said i need to find a solution to help myself xxx
Me and both my sisters have it, I was slim up to a couple of years ago and my 2 sisters who are in their 30s now have never been over a size 10. I've lost a stone and a half recently so just in the overweight category. It can be done, just put your mind to it. Exercise and eating health should give you that energy boost you sound like you need. All the best xxx
